伊真高原，也被称为伊真火山（Kawah Ijen），强烈推荐给山地爱好者和徒步旅行者。这座高原曾经是一个巨大的活火山口，面积为134平方公里。伊真火山也是一座安静但活跃的火山，其景观以高原东北边缘的伊真山（海拔2.368米） 和默拉皮（Merapi）火山锥（海拔2.800米）以及西南角的拉昂（Raung）山（海拔3.332米) 为主。火山口盛产硫磺，当火山岩浆和硫磺相遇，在黑夜中会呈现蓝色火焰，这一抹神奇的蓝色火焰最为震撼，是世界上最大的自然蓝色火焰。想一睹这一抹蓝色魅焰，必须在夜间抵达火山口附近。这里还有着世界上最大酸性火山湖——伊真火山湖，火山湖口以富含硫磺著称，每天都有工人往返火山口采集硫磺为生。正是大量高纯度硫使得岩浆点燃时呈现奇异的蓝色，湖深200米，总面积达5.466公顷，如一颗蓝宝石镶嵌在山谷中，一天之中随日光温度，呈现不同色彩。
Ijen plateau, also known as 'Kawah Ijen' is highly recommended for nature enthusiasts and hikers. The Plateau was at one time a huge active crater, 134 sq km in area. Ijen is a quiet but active volcano, and the landscape is dominated by the volcanic cones of Ijen (2,368 asl) and Merapi (2,800 asl) on the northeastern edge of the Plateau, and Raung (3,332 asl) on the southwestern corner.
伊真火山盛产硫磺，可是在这里工作的硫磺采矿工人每天薪金只有5美元。
Day 1 （13 May - Sat) : ljen Tour - Bromo
- Wake up and start the Ijen Tour at 12am, drive to Paltuding (starting point ljen hiking) about 1.5 hours
- Reach Paltuding at 2 am, short briefing by our tour / local guide about ljen Blue Fire
- Hiking ljen to the peak in about 2 hours
- Enjoy and photo session of Ijen Blue Fire
- Waiting for the sunrise to take photo from the Ijen Lake with the tosca acid water colour
- Then we back Paltuding at 7am, need 1 hour to arrive back
- Back hotel to have breakfast, showering and packaging your luggages
- Check out hotel at 12pm
